Those wishing to join the Society must submit the following documents:
- A recommendation from at least one current member of the Society.
- Completed Candidate Questionnaire (questionnaire forms in WORD or PDF format)
Documents are accepted via the corporate email address us18cs@gmail.com by the president and secretary of the Society, who submit the proposed candidates to the board for consideration.
Approval takes place by open vote; a decision is considered adopted by a 50%+1 majority and is recorded in the relevant minutes.
The Society’s secretary receives, stores, and maintains the questionnaires and the register of Society members.
